Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
To start a return, customers must contact us first at our support email with their order number, reason for return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send the item back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution after reviewing the case.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
